Systeme.io Pricing 2026: A Real Free Plan and 0% Fees on Every Plan

Systeme.io pricing starts at $0. Not a trial. A free plan with 2,000 contacts, unlimited emails, three sales funnels and a course. Paid plans start at $17 a month, or $170 a year (about $14 a month). And Systeme.io takes 0% of your sales on every plan, free included.

That makes it the cheapest all-in-one tool we track. Here is what each plan includes, where the limits bite, and how it stacks up against Kajabi and friends. Checked on 4 November 2026.

What the free plan really covers

The free plan is the headline, and it is real. You get 2,000 contacts, unlimited emails, three funnels, one course, one automation rule and one custom domain. Systeme.io’s FAQ says a free course can hold up to 500 students.

For someone launching a first lead magnet and a small course, that is enough to start earning before paying anything.

Where the limits bite

• One automation rule on Free. Enough for a simple welcome tag, not a full funnel.
• Contacts. 2,000 on Free, 5,000 on Startup. A growing list pushes you up a tier.
• Webinars start on the Webinar plan at about $39 a month billed yearly.

When to move up a plan

Systeme.io plans differ by limits, not by a fee on sales. So you upgrade when you hit a limit. Here are the triggers:

What Systeme.io costs per contact

This is where Systeme.io stands apart. Billed yearly, a full Startup plan costs about 0.28¢ per allowed contact each month. Webinar is about 0.39¢. Kajabi Basic is 5.7¢. That is roughly twenty times more per contact on Kajabi’s entry plan.

Systeme.io vs a typical tool stack

Here is what it replaces. Per month, billed yearly, for a creator with about 5,000 contacts selling one or two courses:

The gap is huge: about $2,200 a year against Kajabi Growth. Systeme.io’s pages and design tools are simpler, and support is lighter. But for many solo creators, the savings are worth more than the polish.

What Systeme.io really costs: three real setups

1. A first lead magnet and a small course

$0. The free plan covers 2,000 contacts, three funnels and one course. This is the setup from my client story above.

2. A coach with 4,000 contacts and two courses

Startup, billed yearly: $170 a year. Unlimited emails, 10 funnels and 5 courses. On Kajabi, the same list would already need Growth at $2,388 a year.

3. A creator with 9,000 contacts who sells through webinars

Webinar, billed yearly: $470 a year. Evergreen webinars, 50 funnels, 20 courses and 10,000 contacts. Card processing is the only other cost.

Yearly billing: two months free

• Startup: $204 a year on monthly billing vs $170. You save $34.
• Webinar: $564 vs $470. You save $94.
• Unlimited: $1,164 vs $970. You save $194.

Systeme.io vs Kajabi at the same list size

Because both are all-in-one tools, this is the comparison most people want. Per month, billed yearly:

Kajabi gives you more polish, more design control and fuller support for that money. Whether that is worth about $2,000 a year is the real question. For a first offer, it rarely is.

How to pay less for Systeme.io

• Stay on Free until a limit stops you. There is no time limit on the free plan.
• Clean out cold contacts. Contact limits decide your plan, so dead leads can push you up a tier.
• Pay yearly once you are settled. It is two months free.
• Cancel what it replaces. If Systeme.io now handles your email, funnels and course, stop the old subscriptions the same week.

Is Systeme.io worth it?

For a solo creator on a budget, Systeme.io is the best value we track. You can launch a lead magnet, an email list, a checkout and a course for $0, and it takes 0% of your sales on every plan. When you outgrow the free plan, Startup costs about $14 a month billed yearly for 5,000 contacts.

The trade-off is polish. Its page builder and design options are simpler than Kajabi’s or ClickFunnels’, and support is lighter. Its checkout is solid but not as specialised as ThriveCart’s. If your brand depends on a premium look, you may feel those limits.

My advice is to start here unless you have a clear reason not to. Build your first offer on the free plan and prove that people will buy. If you later need more polish, you can move with real sales behind you. Most of my clients who started on Systeme.io never needed to move.
